Player Protection Tools

Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once your chosen limit is reached, no further deposits can be made until the limit period resets. You may lower your limit at any time with immediate effect. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect — giving you time to reconsider.
Example: A ৳10,000 weekly deposit limit means you cannot deposit more than ৳10,000 in any seven-day rolling window, regardless of how many transactions you make.
Define the maximum number of hours you wish to spend on the platform per day. When your session time limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out and prevented from logging back in until the following day. A warning notification is displayed 10 minutes before your limit expires so you can finish your current game round.
Session limits are particularly useful for players who notice their play extending into late-night hours or interfering with daily responsibilities.
Cap the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once your net loss reaches the limit you have set, you will be prevented from placing further bets until the period resets. Loss limits apply to your net real-money gambling losses, not to bonus funds. Any bonus-funded wagers are tracked separately.

Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Any remaining balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account within five business days. kbbd will also suppress all marketing communications to your registered contact details for the duration of the exclusion.
