1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and kbbd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://kbbd.io. This Agreement governs all aspects of your access to and use of the kbbd website, mobile interface, software, games, sports betting markets, payment facilities, promotional programmes, and any other services offered by kbbd from time to time (collectively, the "Services").

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the kbbd registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus balances tracked separately.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the kbbd platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age applies to all players regardless of the game type — casino, live casino, slots, or sports betting. kbbd enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification at the point of first withdrawal. 3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.4 Registration Information

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kbbd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kbbd staff will never request your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kbbd support immediately to suspend the account.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for casino and live casino games is ৳500. The minimum deposit for sports betting markets is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and may be reviewed upon request to the support team.

5.3 Failed or Delayed Transactions

kbbd processes deposits in real time where the relevant payment gateway is operational. 6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

7.4 Promotional Changes

kbbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is modified after a player has already opted in, the terms at the time of opt-in will apply to any bonus already credited to the player's account.

8. Game Rules & Betting

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games and slot titles available on the kbbd platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies. kbbd reserves the right to void any wager placed at incorrect odds or in error — for example, where a market was inadvertently published with an incorrect line or at odds substantially inconsistent with the true market. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. kbbd's determination of manifest error is made in good faith and, where possible, in consultation with independent data sources.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kbbd platform. Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one kbbd account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of any sporting event covered by kbbd's betting markets.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or kbbd staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or system vulnerability to gain an advantage — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kbbd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with use of the Services — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kbbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services, regardless of whether kbbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kbbd does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and third-party service outages may affect platform availability from time to time. kbbd will make reasonable efforts to schedule maintenance during low-traffic hours and to provide advance notice where possible.

14. Amendments to These Terms

kbbd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the kbbd website. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, withdrawal terms, or game fairness obligations — kbbd will provide at least seven days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on file or via in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and contact support to initiate account closure before the amendment's effective date.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law.
